Core business is the sales of video conferencing systems and video conference infrastructure of leading international manufacturers like Cisco (Tandberg), Lifesize, Polycom, Avaya (Radvision and the according accessories.

We’ll be there for you: We provide full service to our customers. Beginning with consulting and installation over ideal adaptation to your working environment up to the maintenance of the systems and training of your employees.

On manifold customer demand DEKOM is often on-site worldwide in the context of projects/installations/training. In other cases we fall back on our proved partner network. Our partner on-site are exclusively authorised premium video conferencing partner.
