We are the largest box in Switzerland, and one of the largest in Europe. We have over 1000 square meters divided into 4 fully equipped areas allowing us to hold several classes simultaneously at peak hours.

Despite this size we strive for personal and individual attention. We offer about 10 classes a day (Mondays thru Sundays) and the classes are small. We offer some bigger classes where the maximum size is 14 and some smaller classes with maximum 6 people. We are an international box representing over 20 nationalities and you can hear just about any language in one class alone.

We are really well equipped. Be prepared to pull a sled, push a prowler, climb a net, throw a basketball, or just about anything you can imagine. We believe in not only having the best coaches but also offering the best equipment, for that reason we are constantly added to the equipment in the gym to ensure that our members have the tools they need to obtain results.

Our community is strong. We come together for BBQ in our garden, brunches, summer camps, ski days, or simply hang out at our lounge area. We are involved in charity work, and over the last 4 years we have raised more than 55,000 CHF for some of the projects we are involved.
